Senior HVAC Service Technician
Essential Job Functions
- The Senior HVAC Service Technician diagnoses and repairs problems with furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, hydronic heating systems, chillers, Bard units, and commercial heating and cooling equipment.
- Fabricate sheet metal for ductwork required for replacement and install jobs.
- Thread B.I. pipe, install natural gas piping, and test.
- Installing, purging, brazing, testing, evacuating, and charging of Freon systems.
- Daily service calls.
- Perform preventive maintenance services for customers.
Qualifications
- Journeyman HVAC Technician
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Universal EPA license
- Basic fundamentals and knowledge of HVAC system sizing
- Familiar with pro press and mega press systems
- Basic controls, BAS, and BACnet knowledge
